Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipa is a business in the retail industry which markets Lesotho lifestyle brands products.
  2. Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  3. Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender’s account.
  4. Shipa Online Store offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of Lesotho will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen on checkout.
  5. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.
  6. Handling time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  7. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  8. International delivery can take anywhere from 5-30 working days to arrive, depending on customs. However, the average is 7 working days.
  9. We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
  10. Shipa takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.
  11. All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer.
  12. Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY and completion and acceptance of the RETURNS FORM.
  13. Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
  14. Shipments go out Monday through Friday and at our pop up venues.
  15. Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  16. All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.
  17. International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  18. All products 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.

  20. Shipa takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
  21. Shipa may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
